I always joke about how Californians cannot handle driving in the
rain. Well, last night I passed not one but TWO separate multicar

Half the people I"ve ridden with don't seem capable of judging the
inside temperature of their car and adjusting their AC and blower
speeds appropriately.  Yesterday we went on a jobsite tour and it was
