I'm going to be picking up a new car tonight (2006 Hyundai Elantra VE 5
Door Auto) so I've been doing some reading on the best way to break it

News item on local tv had a short about the high gas prices.
Interviewed a lady complaining that she had just put $78 worth of gas
in her vehicle.  Yup, an SUV.  At first I figured she might have some
reason for the complaint until she identified it as a 2005 Excursion.

I can see hit-and-run but manslaughter is a stretch here. Is the state
claiming that the driver should have foreseen the station owner would
