About 3 weeks ago I was caught for speeding in Quebec.  Now I was
speeding, about 140 in a 100 zone.  I am also am from Ontario and

Near Groveland, there are some interesting markers along CA-120.  These
markers have similar physical characteristics to a postmile marker, but
instead read (IIRC) "ESA Begin" and "ESA End".  I have no clue what ESA
