all need to cut back on our gas use.  I'd like to ride a bicycle but
that is so dangerous with all the tank-like SUVs on the roads.  OTOH,
a good sized H&B weighing a ton or so and pulled by a team of horses

Drivers will soon be able to feel their way through traffic with the help of
a vibrating car that sends warnings about impending danger by stimulating

today's cop rant (PG county, MD)15 Sep 2005 07:52 GMT4
so today I had to drive home from Tyson's Corner during rush hour (a
peeve in many ways... I hate malls, for one, and I knew that traffic
would suck) anyway it was worse than I expected, I was already

Rev. Al Sharpton caught doing 110 mph15 Sep 2005 04:05 GMT41
Actually it was his driver.  This is what the fat cats do. They hire
someone to speed for them to save their precious time and if somebody

Are all LLBers retarded, or is it just the majority?15 Sep 2005 02:35 GMT1
The other night while driving to dinner, I came across a cluster of
cars in the right hand lane, and the left hand lane, for once, was
empty. As I approached the cluster, the rear most car drifted left,
*very* slowly, and stopped drifting when it was straddling both lanes,
A rule to live by...15 Sep 2005 01:45 GMT4
It rarely fails.  If I'm considering doing business

Higher gas prices have been great for my love life!14 Sep 2005 19:06 GMT26
Higher gas prices have been a boon for my relationship, in particular
my sex life.  Note:
1) I bike a lot more.  I've lost the last 5 pounds I needed to.  I'm
not 5'11", 175 pounds, and in much better shape.
