Is This Lighting Stock?27 Mar 2006 15:41 GMT8
I saw a Mercedes C230 Turbo this evening which appeared to be equipped
with high-intensity strobe lights for its "flash to pass" lights. The
pulses of light that came from this car seemed to be too quick and
precisely regular to have been the result of the driver simplly

speeding ticket question26 Mar 2006 22:21 GMT19
I received speeding ticket ($200) in NH on 12/25 (Christmas day,
@7am!!). I live in MA, and, BTW,  have perfect driving record (9 SDIP
points) while driving 25-30kmiles per year.
Here are my questions:
The rudest driver26 Mar 2006 19:47 GMT3
What's your rudest driver experience? Mine was a nasty yelling match
with a cyclist courier. Back in '93 I was driving a 1/2 ton truck and
the cyclist was under the impression I tried to clip her with my large
mirrors. Of course I never meant to do that at all. She was riding her

Z MFFY25 Mar 2006 21:16 GMT9
If truth-in-advertising laws applied to license plates, this a.shole's
vanity plate would read "Z MFFY" instead of "Z CHAOS"

opening door into traffic accident25 Mar 2006 20:26 GMT26
I had a accident day before yesterday and was wondering how the
liability is determined in such a case. It's in the state of PA.
I was driving on a relatively narrow street with both way traffic, and
a person opened his car door on my right to get out of his car. This

Speed-related crashes & CO2-related warming25 Mar 2006 19:26 GMT11
Speediots are a lot like the people who keep saying global warming can't be caused by people. (Too much ice is melting for them to keep denying warming altogether, but that's another topic.)
The ones making doing the denial usually have an ulterior motive, like being in the oil ...

A couple weeks ago, a 2-year-old belt slipped and ruined the interference
