Our gasoline worries are over!13 Mar 2006 00:58 GMT6
Well, it seems like we have found the next source of our gas, and we don't
have to rely on inherently unstable parts of the world to get it. We have
states that are full of this stuff!

Sloth encounter while shopping12 Mar 2006 21:58 GMT5
People really amaze me.  I was shopping today in one of those
wholesale clubs.  I had a big flat cart so I could buy salt for the
softener.  Well some lady comes up behind me, and cuts in front to
"look at something".  Of course, the something was electronics, and it
San Francisco - Penises litter the highways12 Mar 2006 17:32 GMT4
It looks like all the SanFrancisco homosexuals are all changing mates.
The last time I drove thru there the highways were littered with
penises. I heard that when faggots dump their mate they chop off his
penis. That explains them along the roads.
Strange overhead sign12 Mar 2006 07:40 GMT5
I ran across a very strange overhead sign in Culver City, CA (4 miles north
of LAX).
On northbound Sepulveda Blvd. (former CA-7, no current route number), there
are 4 lanes which split 3-2 (3 lanes veer northwest to follow Sepulveda
Thoughts on driving and speed limits etc...11 Mar 2006 12:24 GMT9
Just realized something today, while driving home from work...
you know, I think part of the reason many people find driving the speed
limit so painful is that, frankly, their cars just suck.  I mean, I know
mine does.  It's an '05 Impala; it's an American version of the Toyota
Oh . . . . My . . . . . . . . . GOD!!!11 Mar 2006 07:15 GMT18
There is no hope for us.  The average driver's abilities in the U.S. have
deteriorated to the point where you can drive on a flat tire until it BURSTS
INTO FLAMES, and not be aware that anything is wrong, because the idiot
light on the dash didn't light up.
Hurry Up and Sloth11 Mar 2006 05:47 GMT4
Have you ever noticed how Sloths hate it when a vehicle even more
Slothy than theirs gets in their way? Tonight, for example, my shuttle
bus was cut off by multiple Sloths who absolutely HAD TO get into the
right lane in order to make a right turn. But instead of continuing on

Would a 4x4 SUV be necessary?

Some f.cker busted my taillite11 Mar 2006 00:44 GMT2
I came out of a store today and found some f.cker had busted my
taillite.  No note on my car, no police report, no nothing.  They
busted it and just drove away.  Well, I am not going to tolerate this.
I just arrived home, and as soon as I walked in the door I loaded by
Updates to Floodgap Roadgap; US 395 exhibit completed10 Mar 2006 05:20 GMT7
Updates are available at Floodgap Roadgap, my personal collection of
roadgeekery mostly focused on California and western United States, but
with some exhibits of broader appeal as well.
- US 395 is now completed! The US 395 Three Flags Highway exhibit includes

Elderly pedestrian crossing confrontation

Although I'm a proud Mercedes driver, I have to take the side of the
Old Lady and wished this tape would also show the aftermath of this
'06 Charger: My Review09 Mar 2006 21:37 GMT45
I'm on vacation in Arizona, which is nice, 'cause it's fifteen below
zero and snowing at home. Our rental car (from Enterprise) is an '06
Charger. Having lived with it for a week and 800 miles now, I must
report that I don't like it, partly because of what's entailed in it
