Saw a great one today. A doddering old fool was driving a GARGANTUAN RV (this thing was about the size of a Greyhound bus) at about 30 MPH down Sand Canyon Avenue (posted speed limit: 50 MPH). As he approached the intersection with Irvine Boulevard, his light turned red. Jerry
