Saw a great one today. A doddering old fool was driving a GARGANTUAN
RV (this thing was about the size of a Greyhound bus) at about 30 MPH
down Sand Canyon Avenue (posted speed limit: 50 MPH). As he approached

I'm proceeding north on a major thoroughfare (Sepulveda Blvd in North Hills,
CA) approaching a signalized intersection with another major thoroughfare
(Roscoe Blvd).  There are 3 through lanes in each direction in addition to
