Those who are charged with DUI for wrecking their cars and injuring
people are punished very similarly to those who have 2 glasses of wine
and happen to get pulled over. Similar punishments, very different
outcomes. A very scary reality but it's true.

Another giant scam. Eventually these devices will be standard in all
cars and the consumer will pay.  The solution is to throw DUIs in
prison and make them pay the cost of their incarceration.
