On a recent occasion, I arrived at a nearby intersection just as the light turned red for east/west traffic; I pulled up to <BUT NOT PAST> the limit line (the line before the crosswalk) in the left-turn lane for westbound traffic and stopped.

I missed where this is, but KTLA just reported on a cop who dresses up like a woman (they called him "Officer Delicious") and reports drivers who run red lights. SHEESH!! What's next, NAKED cops?
