car was stolen.   Even if a witness got your plates, he didn't see you

I was driving in carpool lane on the freeway, shooting some video for
my MFFYCam video collection. I was doing about 5 MPH over the speed
limit, just minding my own business, when suddenly a semi apperared,
literally from out of nowhere, and drove directly across my path! I

Everyone is familiar with the school zone speed limits. 35 MPH (for
example) normally, but possess 20 MPH "When Children Are Present".
Obviously, when school is getting out at 3:00 PM and the kids are
walking home, the speed limit is 20 MPH.
