Why are people responsible, courteous and intelligent in the office

On New Years day I returned to Raleigh along US64. This is a relatively

We had a little Santa Ana Wind action in SoCal today. For those who
don't know, Santa Anas are really strong, dry winds that come from the
deserts to the east of us and blow all the smog out over the ocean.
They also wreak havok on Truckers, tipping over their trailers.
