Blocked another blocker today05 Jan 2007 12:55 GMT2
On the commute to work, I ended up getting behind some jackass driving

truck driver a few weeks ago. =))

go quite fast, but not in a stupid manner.  I did see one exception: in
Fort Worth some goofball on a motorcycle passed me (I was doing 60 in a
60) riding in wheelie mode at probably 70-75!  Apparent Darwin bait ...

Awesome! AZ Highway Patrol Nails a LLB04 Jan 2007 06:00 GMT11
So last night, at about 11 PM, I'm driving home on the loop 101,
heading east from I-17. The traffic was predictably light, and I
strolled down the open road, drink in my lap, my right hand lightly
resting on the steering wheel, my left hand holding a smoke, as the

The first major intersection of my daily commute has 3 westbound lanes;
the left lane is posted left-turn only, the center lane is posted
straight-only, and the right lane is posted right-turn only.
I was in the left lane (about 4th in line) when the light turned green

The Worldwide Highway Library has just added some photographs w/ open
Arizona land.  Come see State Route 95's glimpse of desert landscape, while
stretches of State Routes 89A and 260 demonstrate how forest-trees can be
scattered about w/ plenty of elbow room:
Gerald Ford's Funeral04 Jan 2007 04:31 GMT1
I went to Gerald Ford's Funeral services today in Palm Desert CA.  It
was a closed Casket and the military was their.  Army, Navy, Airforce,
Coast Guard, and Marines.  They were busing people to St. Margarets
Episcopalian church.  It was a very sad experience.  The wait in line

I didn't know the gun was loaded ...............04 Jan 2007 02:47 GMT33
How many people really know the responsibility and liability they hold in
their hands when driving a car?
Or using a gun?
Not a lot, in my experience.

Today in this newsgroup there are most posts arguing about the date of

A Right Turn question03 Jan 2007 22:28 GMT25
My girlfriend (a retired CA DMV driver license examiner) and I have
differnt viewpoints on this question.  I thought I'd let you weigh in
on it.
