I have job training in Irvine next week and anticipate being turned loose on Friday around 4:30PM. I would be appreciative of any advise on the best route to take for that time of day to get me back to Bakersfield and north on 99.

My car was recently stolen. My insurance was going to settle for $23K. But the car was recovered three weeks later with minor damage. Now they want to repair it for $7k, but it will take another month to complete repairs.
