Just heard on the radio of a proposal to raise the toll on the Dulles Toll Road
by $5 EACH WAY by 2011 or 2012 (I forget).  Wow.  An _increase_ of $200 a month
for someone that had to drive it every day, 5 days a week, 4 weeks a month.  I
mean... wow!

10 years max which means he'll get probation in criminal coddler america.  
This deadly psychopath deserves life w/o parole.

Speeding and young, inexperienced drivers were among the biggest

ticket.  If more traffic cops were like this guy we wouldn't ever have
any more cop hating flame threads.

Guess they want to limit traffic congestion and the drunk driving.  I'm
