Yet Another Way to Lose Your Car12 Feb 2007 04:11 GMT26
On tonight's KTLA Prime News comes a report about a prostitution sting
in the San Fernando valley. Apparently any would-be John who solicits
an undercover officer tonight is going to get his car impounded.

Road safety activist Paul Smith yesterday launched an official petition
asking Prime Minister Tony Blair to end the use of speed cameras in the
UK. The petition, available on the prime minister's official website
One big reason I hate underposted speed limits12 Feb 2007 01:22 GMT63
So I am driving along at 30mph in a 30mph zone, in the right hand lane,
where traffic typically flows 40-45mph. It's a big speed trap zone and

checkpoint, I can't exactly go 40 like everyone else.
Mah Hemi Kin Take Yer Vet!!11 Feb 2007 22:18 GMT13
So I'm driving along, minding my own business, when some neanderthal
in a black Chrysler 300 with a modified exhaust comes screaming up and
apparently wants to race me. Genius didn't see there was a cop parked
across the street; he keeps speeding up and slowing down, hoping I'll

This topic is a little off related, as some of you may know I'm in
grad school and need help with market research from this survey.  If
you could fill it out that would be great!
Should only take 5 minutes.
Poor Kiddies, Buses, and the Cold11 Feb 2007 00:34 GMT3
Amazingly, here in SE Michigan, most school districts cancelled
classes yesterday due to the cold.  While it was bitter (about 3
degrees in the morning), it's certainly not out of the ordinary for us
to get a few cold snaps during the winter.

For as little as $100 they can form a limited liability company and
Reason #5,472 Why You Don't Buy Your Teenaged Son a Fast Car10 Feb 2007 18:36 GMT44
So here we have a young driver, driving hella fast late at night in a
car with almost 300 HP. He loses control, slides sideways (judging
from the skid marks  http://i2.tinypic.com/24bnihf.jpg), and wraps his
car around a tree. The car bursts into flames, as evidenced by the

Hell the 500's that I have looked at look essentially the same as the
Taurus's of the last couple of model years (with some trim differences,
obviously).
