Frustrations over licenses well up
Some want laws eased; others seek tougher penalties

Last Friday I got a speeding ticket in Michigan. I was told that I
drove at 89 mph on I-94 with a speed limit 70 mph. This is my first
speeding ticket. My goal is to avoid a bad driving record and/or an
increase on my insurance. I don't mind to pay the attorney fee.

Times are a-changing for reckless drivers.  No more can they kill and say
"hey dood - it was an accident" and have the matter dropped. Now lets go
after Laura Bush for that guy she killed.

CHARLESTON — Southern lawmakers offered a bill Monday aimed at shifting
control of the Turnpike from the West Virginia Parkways Authority to the
 Division of Highways once bonds are retired in 2019.

Big oil dropped gas prices prior to the election to help the GOP win. That
didn't work out and now they're forced to let prices go even lower or face
price-manipulation investigations from the democrats. So thank Nancy for

Sorry if i'm late to the party, i'm sure this has come up before..
Highway construction zone, 3 lane highway. More than a mile prior there
are warning signs to merge right, left lane closed ahead. Most people
do that and get in the slower middle or right lanes.

Here in LA, if a police pursuit occurs during a newscast, they drop
everything and shift into continuous coverage, even pre-empting normal
programming, in the hopes of catching a spectacular crash or a perp
getting his head blown off.
