I pull up to a gas station just as a contractor pulls up to the pump in
front of mine.  Despite the fact that his van has the gas cap on the
side but near the back, he only pulls about halfway to the pump.  He can

Not being from New Jersey, I can only easily observe five (5) basic NJ laws
blatantly ignored by Govenor Corzine's convoy the day of his accident.
But did he and the NJ State Police only break these five laws?
