If someone gets a speeding ticket he is one in  hundreds of speeders
from my experience. Where I live people drive like manic's most of the
time.  Here in Kentucky they are moving the speed limit on rural
interstate from 65 to 70 mph. it is 65 now and people drive 80-90.
