america's population and since america has around 800 highway deaths
every week that means minneapolis must have 8 or so. And the city could

Yet another disingenuous news report on a fatal car crash. Despite
drugs and alcohol being the obvious primary causes of the collision,
"speed" is listed FIRST, as if it were the most significant factor in
causing the crash.

Only drug crime that warrants a prison sentence is drunk driving since
those criminals are kid-killers and kid-kripplers. Everyone convicted of
mere illegal drug possession should be released.  I don't need some
nanny-stater like george bush (who has a DUI conviction) preaching ...

His guilty plea is provisional.  If he stays out of trouble for the next
year or so, the drug charges will likely be dropped. And the extreme
speeding was charged as an infraction, not a felony or even a misdemeanor!!
