This Must Be Why the Heat is Off Me30 Sep 2007 15:42 GMT25
Saw a Corvette today that probably explains why the local cops seem to

You won't see me defend the City of Atlanta often, but this time it
wasn't
the fault of the city.   She ought to be suing the bus company.
Trailer sway can be seriously scary...29 Sep 2007 14:18 GMT13
Today I finally decided to move my parts car, a '90 BMW E34, off my
parents driveway and instead park it in their barn about 50 miles
outside the city. Apparently neither my parents, nor the neighbors,
liked it there, and not having valid registration and no insurance it'd
Culver City 4 of Next 5 Exits29 Sep 2007 06:48 GMT8
No, Caltrans has not put up that sign.
On Northbound I-405 in the Westchester section of the City of Los
Angeles (just north of LAX), there is a sign that proclaims:

45% of RLC Fines Go Unpaid28 Sep 2007 16:09 GMT12
This story was big news today. Seems that almost half of red light
camera fines go unpaid, thanks to people who drive around in
unregistered cars. I guess it makes sense that the kind of scofflaw
who would run a red light is also the kind of scofflaw who would not
Nice person28 Sep 2007 06:02 GMT4
I'm pulling into a narrow parking lot, cars parked on both sides, in
Emeryville.  Guy in front of me in a giant pickup truck stops in the
middle of the aisle to let someone out who has to go to work in one of
the stores.  Naturally he has to stop right in front of the store so ...
