Hi Viatologists,
Over the past couple months, you may have encountered something unusual when
looking at WHL photographs.  Some photos have oddly shrunk to thumbnail
size--and if that weren't enough, those same thumbnails became anchored in

KCAL reports that a 78-year-old man got onto the 118 freeway in Reseda
driving the wrong way and crashed head-on into a motorcyclist,
