Coming down from Big Bear yesterday.  At the head of a line of at least
20 cars was a green Jeep-like vehicle traveling at 25 mph or so.  Road
is marked 40-50 mph depending on where you are.  30 mph minimum through
the towns.  Bastard ignored every single 'slower vehicles use ...
