KTLA's top story this morning is the coming of High Occupancy Toll
lanes to certain stretches of the 10 and 210 freeways in the LA Basin.
The toll would vary based on congestion and peak at about $10. The
regular (non-HOV) lanes would remain free (and jammed).

I've been commuting to work on the toll road for the last couple of
weeks. Most of the time there is ZERO police presence, probably
because the traffic is so light that it's not worth their time.
