I exited the freeway this morning at a T-intersection in the middle of a construction zone (southbound I-405 at the Culver Blvd exit; the exit is a T-intersection at Sawtelle Blvd - Culver Blvd itself is a short block to the left from the end of the offramp).

As in many a thread we are told if we don't like speed limits or whatever to change things... to get elected and change things... also one of the tin-foil-hat things I've been accused of is the problem of how election law blocks parties besides the Ds and Rs.
