those tight arrays of cars that seem to be perfectly content to

This is for those familiar with EZ Pass.
I just got one (NY) and didn't want to use the tape on my windshield. So I
got three clear suction cups (about 1 1/4 inch each) with narrow wire hooks.
I straightened out the hooks and placed the wires between the two sides of
