Bimbo in a red Acura MDX driving in the rightmost of 4 northbound
lanes. This lane is eventually going to end, and is clearly marked as
such (in CA they mark such lanes with thick dashed lane separation
lines). Bimbo makes no move to change lanes despite no other cars

Actually the incident happened on a 2-lane...but here goes.
This evening I had a 19:00 appointment about 15 miles from my home.
Some goof in a Dodge Lamb runs a stop sign and pulls out in front of me
(fortunately the distance allowed no danger to the schortz), goes down

Now you see how easy it is to reduce the incredible highway carnage. This  
is equivalent to preventing two or three 911 attacks every year!!  And you
