Driving in a local University complex last week, speed limit 15-20 mph depending on the section of road. The area is patrolled by the local Sheriff, and they routinely sit there waiting for speeders in the 15mph stretch.

US-50, just east of the Beltway in Maryland, eastbound I see one of the typical idiot motorcyclists haulin' a.s and riding hard - then I see why, about 5 seconds behind him (which is a lot of distance at 100+ MPH) is a cop in a Charger. poor cop really didn't have a chance ...
