Just wondering what the stepper motor does? somebody mentioned to me the
other day that sometimes stepper motors are called idle control valves. I'm
confused now.

I've got a seven-year old Fiat Punto. The oil light came on tonight,
the roud one, it's red, and it won't go out. What should I do? Any
ideas? The oil meter reading is fine, though, the needle of the
pressure gage is right in the middle.

My fiat bravo revs up on its own, this happened a couple of months ago and
somebody advised disconnecting the battery but this time its not curing it.
anybody had this problem and how did you fix it. (without putting it in a
garage)

I found this piece of advice concerning the resetting of the ECU of a Bravo
(by disconnecting the battery for a while):
"Once it has being reset the car will feel completley different i.e the

is anyone else having problems with the electric rear doors on the
C8/807/Ulysse ?
the offside (drivers side) door is becoming a real pain in the a.s, it
will shut-open-shut-open sometimes 5 or 6 times before it stays shut.

Just looked at the front tryes on my 2004 Stilo JTD and noticed that both
front tyres are worn to the limit on the outside edges. This seems a little
odd for such uneven and rapid wear to occur since I have only done 22, 000
miles. Anybody else had a similar experience. I am ...

I had to disconnect the battery to do some work on the engine of my
Brava.
The stereo now doesn't work as I need the code to activate it.

Can i somehow reset the airbaglight myself?
I replaced a light in the dash, and since i opened it, the airbag light
stay's on...
This is a Punto mk1 (1998).

I've had a Punto Mia 1.2 for three years and decided to trade it in for a
new Stilo 1.2 16v Active. Must say, love the looks and standard equipment
