I have an old 1997 punto and the screenwash pump is failing -
I've bought a replacement pump but have no idea how to change it out. The
screenwash bottle (and I assume the pump) is fitted under the engine bay at
the front wheel arch? how do I get to it?

My car has recently started unlocking itself in the middle of the night or
when parked up.  I have had it back to the garage numerous times but as it
is not faulting when at the garage they are telling me there is nothing
they can do.  

this probs doin my head in ! the car starts fine and idles fine but after
about a minute, it sounds like some kind of actuator clicks in the
throttle housing , the injector light comes on and the tacho shoots up to
about 4500 rpm! this happens for about 2 mins then it returns to ...

Is there also a software exists for FIAT (Punto, new OBD II Plug) for
diagnostics more than OBD II (something like VAG-VOM for VW)?
