1991 Ford Explorer XLT. I  have a radio interference problem that is
assocated with the temperature control dial turned to either max
settings: hot or cold. It causes a buzzing on frequency 550 AM. Turning
the dial away from the max setting about 10 degrees stops the buzzing.

My wife's 99 explorer xlt seems to lose power about 30mph, then you have to really step on the gas to gain. It reaches about 4000 rpm before it finally kicks in.
