Where on a 99 XLS would I find the keyless entry module?  I checked in the
cargo area where the jack is stored but did not see it there.  I assume if
this is the right area, the Explorer did not come with this option.

I recently purchased a '99 XLT 4X4, and am wondering if I should notice a
difference in "feel" (engine speed, noise, or whatever) between the "auto"

I have a 1995 Ford Explorer (4.0 Engine) with an OBDII plug.  
It is not OBDII compliant based on everything I can tell.
I plugged an Actron OBDII code reader and it was unable to 'Link' with

My U-Haul rental location says that due to several law suit's that
they will not attach any of their equipment to Ford Explorers.  I
called the U-Haul rental information number and found out that it is
