I just picked up two Sylvania Silverstar 9007 bulbs to replace the existing headlight bulbs in my 97 explorer. Does each bulb provide high and low beam? Also, does anyone know if the Silverstar H3 bulb fits and is street legal for use in the stock fog lights? Thanks.
