Hi, i'm looking at buying a 1996 limited edition explorer, the vehicle has awd which i have no experience with. I was wondering if anyone would have any information or experiences with this year and model of explorer (good or bad) that they'd like to pass along to me.

Can someone tell me where online I can find a replacement wiring harness for a 1999 ford explorer sport fog lamp.. its the short wire with a connector on each end.. one that plugs into the big wiring harness and the other end into the bulb. I have looked everywhere..

We have an explorer that vibrates at 60 - 65 MPH. I have replaced and balanced all the tyre, including the spare. Had the alignment adjusted, yet the vibration persists. Any ideas?

Can anyone tell me how to determine what my rear axle ratio might be. 3.27? 3.55? or 3.73? I have a 97 explorer sport 2 door 4x4 and want to know towing capability. Can it be found out with the Vin?

I wanted to post this in the hope it will help others who have ATC problems. I finally took my 2000 limited to another dealer (Mercury) and convinced them that I did have a problem, something my selling dealer refused to acknowledge.
