I need to to tow a motorcycle trailer on a short (6 hour) run with an 01 Explorer Sport Trac. There exists a 3 prong plug (female)behind the rear bumper as well as a spot for a ball in the bumper. My question: can I just stick a 2" ball in the bumper hole, plug in

Anyone aware of any chronic problems with 94' Explorers? I'm looking at one to buy; Eddie Bauer, 4WD, all the bells & whistles. Seems to be in imaculate condition inside & out with 85,000 highway miles on the clock. No problems apparent, no funny noises.

My 97 Explorer has dirty headlights. It's not producing a lot of light. The problem is, it's dirty inside the headlight lens. How do I clean the inside. Are there tools or chemicals to do this?

I just recently purchased a 2000 XLT. I am thinking of doing some light towing in the future. I am not sure if I really need a seperate hitch installed or can just get by screwing a ball into the bumper. The bumper says it can take up to 3500LBS. I don't plan on towing
