97 explorer ohc V6, 130k miles.
I am getting a tapping noise coming from the engine, it's frequency
increases with engine rpm. It goes away after a few miles of driving(sounds
like it's getting oil). Sometimes, it doesn't do it at all.

I have replaced the coil, wires, distributer cap and rotor, and the
spark plugs. Removed varible venturi carb and put on a older 2 barrel

On these  99 Ford Explorer's XLT, do the  front brake Rotors just slide off
the hub, or are they the type that I need to disassamble the front hubs to
replace/machine?

Whew! I am debating if it would have been worth it to let the dealer get the code for $70? It took me about 2 1/2 hours but that was due largely because the instructions I found were not very accurate on where to locate the CSM (Computer Security Module). If I knew exactly where ...

Airbag lights blinks off and on while driving and then stays on.  Repeats
