cylinder off to have the AC compressor replaced.
Lately I've noticed that my coolant reservoir has been getting lower and

I own a 2002 FE XLT v8 and for the last year and a half I've had this
irritating sound that is this sort of droning effect that occurs at
certain speeds..(45-55 it sounds the worst)- if you let up on the gas
and back on you *really* notice it.  

Looking for help so I don't have to reinvent the wheel.
Problem: Passenger Front Door will not lock, period.
(1) Keyless remote will not lock it.
(2) Armrest button will not lock it.

Does Ford still make the 2 door Ford Explorer?

I am attempting to replace the fuel filter on a 97 Explorer XLT with 83,000
miles.
The filter has never been changed before.  I purchased the fuel line removal
tool from Autozone and tried to disconnect the lines to replace the filter.

Thinking about travelling south to pick up an old muscle car in need of
serious TLC.  Can a Ex Sport with a 4.0L engine haul an open car trailer and
a 3400 lb car?  The distance is about 600 (mostly flat) miles one way.
Would I be better to rent something with a little more grunt? ...

Hello everyone, I have a 2002 Ford Explorer V6 XLT.  Recently some work was
done on it to install sprockets which tensioned the timing belt.  Obviously
a lot of the engine was disassembled at the dealership, all under warranty.
Since then some additional problems have developed but ...

Now have 108k on my 97 V8 AWD. Noting that the Transfer Case is always
turning I was just wondering how long they will live. On conventional 4X4s
the Case only rotates when it is engaged, but on these AWDs they are always
turning. Can't last forever. Care to share your experiences?

The turn signals of my 92 Explorer went out. Changed the flasher.  Didn't
help.  Replaced the fuse and worked for awhile then would blow.  Checked
rear light bulbs and they look good.  Brake lights work.  Any thoughts?

The 4.0L V-6 in my 1999 Explorer started making a
strange noise about a week ago.  It only occurs at
idle and sounds like someone blowing across the top
of a coke bottle.  I've checked the air cleaner box

I am wanting to try to re-solder the circuit board ....I assume that the
solder pulls apart then re-soldering it is the fix...

I own a 94 explorer xlt 2wd.  The speedo gauge started bouncing and I
can hear the cable spinning behind the dashboard.  My question is how
do I replace or repair the bouncing speedo.
