I have a 2001 Explorer with 45K miles, since new the idle its been around 800 RPM. Recently noticed that when starting engine from cold the idle is normal (800 RPM) when engine gets hot RPM jumps to around 1500 RPM and I have to apply extra pressure on the brake to maintain

1997 Limited with climate control has no AC. The compressor runs for about 3 sec. then stops, only blows hot air on MAX Air. Also heat is always the same temp. Hot (blend door issue)? Does the blend door issue prevent AC from operating correctly in some instances?

I just purchased a used 2001 Lincoln Navigator. The buttons on the steering wheel which control the volume occasionally reverse themselves. Meaning, when I push "up" the radio volume goes down, and pushing "down" goes up. Any ideas? These buttons appear to be the same

I have a Ford Explorer 2002 XLT and I seemt to be un lucky, I just wonder if anybody came across someting similar or can advice? 1- Is there any way to have the middle row seats tilt? ( I need to tilt them to the back at least 135 Deg.)

I have 1994 XLT with 138000+ miles. A couple months back I lost all speeds of the fan except the high speed, regardless if its set on A/C, heat, vent etc. Is this a fuse or has the switch gone bad. Odd that only the high speed works though. Any suggestions or help?

I have a 98 XLT with 76000 miles. When I make turns at slow speeds (like parking lots of garage) it makes a sound and feels like something rubbing in the steering column. Any ideas or tips? Thanks!
