Doesn't happen every time but often enough to be very annoying. I slip a cd into
the single disc stock player, it cues up and the music plays as if it's a 33 rpm

In terms of reliability, overall satisfaction, etc, etc - would I better off
buying a 2001 EB V8 with 38,000 KM, or a 2002 EB V8 with approx 59,000 KM?

My son's 1995 Sport (2WD) needs new tires.  What is the group's consensus on
the best or most appropriate.  This car has 190,000 miles on it but runs
beautifully.  He'd like to keep it for at least another 100,000 miles.

I unhooked the connector for the air flow direction on my 04 Explorer which
looks like it is not electronicly but air regulated? now after hooking it
back up the direction of the air flow doesn't change when I turn it. what
can I do to correct this?

i've been having alternator charging problems in a 92 explorer sport.
now, with a new alternator, (and new battery), the only way i can get
a voltage meter to register any output voltage from the alternator is
to disconnect the connector where the harness from the alternator goes

I pulled a PO401 code from the OBD system; replaced the EVR Solenoid;
now I get a PO402 code. The dpfe was replaced by the dealer about two
years ago.  Any suggestions?

I've noticed for the last 15,000 miles at least, a noticeable
shake/vibration when idling. It seems to go away when I give it gas and get

Ok my radio is crapping out, coming on/off. Power
comes on, display comes on, but no sound. When
I push the volume button, I just hear clicking noises.
It's not the premium system.
