I have a 2001 Explorer Sport. This AM, I was at a stop light and turned the air on to defrost the windows. When I turned it on, the idle speed dropped and the unit started to click on/off couple of seconds. Is this serious?

I have an '03 Explorer Sport, black, with factory grey running boards. My Ford dealer does not sell replacement paint for the running boards, because, they say, that is is a 'stock' part that comes grey. Has anyone found a gray that matches for touch up? Thanks.

Hi, my Explorer bangs into gear when putting the vehical into reverse. It also seems to "lurch" forward when increasing speed. We just drive it in 4x4 Auto. I can't imagine this is normal. Any idea's what it might be. The Explorer only has 20k miles.

I have a '96 EB 4x4. According to the owner's guide, the proper way to rotate four tires is to move the rear tires to the front, with the tires remaining on the same side of the vehicle. The front tires are to switch sides when moving to the rear of the truck.
