I have a 2000 explorer that idles rough when cold, but is fine when the

2003 Mountaineer V8 Tranny Fluid Change04 Dec 2004 14:00 GMT8
It's just not clear to me when the tranny needs to be flushed and how it's
done and who can do it. Apparently it's now a sealed unit without a
dipstick. The owner's manual is worthless...it says if you have THIS tranny
(gives a code number), then change this often, if THAT tranny ...

griding noise i hear and feel in the gas petal, is this normal?  I assume
with the 4x4 on i should experience a different feel in the gas peddle.  It
engages and disengages fine.
