2002 Explorer XLS, 40K, Auto, 4X4. This is my 3rd Explorer having had a new 92 and a used 97. Purchased from Ford dealer on Jan. 16th. Dealer replaced the 4X4 module before sale. No problems encountered during test drive.

After 11.5K miles I noticed a drip right at the transfer case. Covered under Ford service, but I'm concerned there's something else going on, seals don't go bad that quick. BTW, I believe I'm starting to hear the dreaded whine under acceleration
