My Ford Explorer squeaks when I drive it, and I tried to find the ball joints to grease up, but found out that there isn't any. So my question is how do I grease it up so that the suspension doesn't squeak? Thank you,

I have a '98 V-6 XLT Explorer. It is running kinda rough. I'm not a mechanic, but what can I do in terms of a simple tune up? If I change the plugs, what kind should I get? Are they pre-gapped? Should I get them from the dealer? What other simple things can I do ?

I have 96 Explorer 4.0L 4wd Control Trac. I removed the transfer case drain pug and I noticed something like teflon paste on the threads. The Chiltons manual doesn't mention anything like it in the drain/refill procedure. Do I need to be concerned with this? tia

I have a 116,000-mile 94 Explorer with the 4.0 V-6 engine that suddenly started to show high oil pressure. I replaced the sending unit but it still reads max pressure. The engine sounds normal (quiet, no miss), and I'm wondering if I have worn insulation to the wire to the oil

Does anyone have the average cost and time consumption for this transfer. I have the electric changeover now and would like to get rid of it before winter hits here in VA. Also a list of parts would be helpful. Everything is stock at the moment.
