I have searched google, truck forums, yahoo, and the Yellow pages and cannot
find any place that does propane conversion on cars in Southern California
or even the USA for that matter.  Why is that?  A few days ago propane was
$1.30/gal and gas was $2.99.

My '91 Explorer is alive and almost well.  While it may have several
imminent ailments, the most problematic and anxiety-causing is the

I have a 1991 Ford Explorer and my nephew said the battery terminal needs
changed but he didn't have time today.  I went and got the new terminals but
I don't know how to change them.  Could someone help me with this?  Thank you.

My '91 4 door automatic has been annoying me for a couple of years now.
Three years ago, the transmission was replaced, exhaust also.  Since then, i
have had an overheating problem while accelerating.  Any thing over 2500
will make the temperature jump.

Are broken wires in the door-to-body wiring harness, inside that rubber
boot in the jamb, unusual?  I recently had all the power windows on the
02 go intermittent for several weeks.  Finally they failed totally.
Traced it to a broken 12 gauge power supply wire in the driver

I am looking at purchasing a vehicle 2001 model, with 4.0 L 6
cyl.
It has 57 K miles on it.
It has been running with Mobil One Synthetic since about 16 K miles.

My '96 XLT V6 4.0L OHV 4X4 Auto with 102k miles has started having a hot
start problem. At first I thought it was 'cause of the tank of ethanol/unl

My dealership said the AWD is not working in my 2002 Explorer XLT because
the computer is bad.  The dash switch is sending a "signal", but the
computer isn't responding, causing the AWD and dash light to not work.  I
don't care to pay the dealer's price, anyone know where I can find ...

My turn signals and hazzards don't work. There's no fast, loud clicking
sound so I don't think one of the bulbs is burned out. Any ideas?

I am looking at both, what one do you think will be the most trouble
free assuming it has been taken care of. also would like to know the
good points and bad points of each.
