When the drivers side door is closed the door ajar light and some times
the courtesy lights will stay on  Ocassionaly even though the door ajar
light is off when driving it will come back on. this seems to happen

when i turn to the left even just a little sounds like the wheel is
rubbing. could it be the berrings, the arm,or what?

While getting an oil change today the repair people tell me I need a
pinion seal and differential service.  Don't know yet how much it will
cost or what that means for that matter.  The vehicle has 230k on it.
What do yall think?

My 94 Explorer's mechanical speedometer behaves erratically above about
55 mph. It swings while driving a steady speed, and generally reads
5-10 mph too HIGH.
I looked thru past threads here, and found this to be a common problem,

I tried to get heat from the climate system, but I only get ambient  through
the vents. My wife said that the temperature dial wasn't working to provide
any temperature adjustment with the A/C system, so has anyone experienced

My buddy and I are building a dune buggy out of a 2001 Ranger Edge.  It
would be great if we could disable the ABS without the Check Engine
light coming on - I heard about a way you can do this by removing a

My code reader showed a code of P0171 with a lean condition / bank one.

this fuse circut runs the flashers turn, heater, a/c, upper consoul temp &direction,speed control,and about 3 other thing

My explorer doesnt have a nice steady idle.  I have replaced
plugs,Iac,air filter,egr valve,egr pressure sensor,cleaned the maf.  I
am thinking wires now.  Could wires cause this?  It will accelerate
perfectly slowly and quickly.  Accelerating it feels like new but at

How many miles are these usually good for?  What kind of city and
