Whenever I get up to 50 or 60 mph and slow down from this speed (take foot off gas) the engine makes a load whirring noise/loud strain when down shifting. I took it to a transmission place. Transmission needs to be rebuilt to the tune of $1700 - 2100. Mileage is 252k. Does this

I have a 2003 ford explorer with driver side power seat. I let someone borrow my truck today and they moved the seat forward, when I went to move it back it doesnt budge. It will go in all directions accept back. Any ideas??? Is there any way to manually move it back?

At what mileage should spark plugs be changed on a 2003 Mountaineer V8? Currently I am at 70K miles and I seem to recall that someone said they are hard to remove at the recommended 100,000 miles. Outta I do this now or just wait?
