I'm buying a 1995 ford explorer the only problem is that the truck
sticks in first gear it wont go into second we think it might be the
modulator if anyone knows why it wont go into second let me know.

The ABS light on my Explorer 2000 came on after the ABS system started engaging
at very low speeds and it is steadily lit.
I took out the front right ABS sensor to examine it.  I found its tip badly
ground and strands of copper wire about 0.25 inch long, hanging from it.

Today when I went to raise the driver's side window it would not go up.  I
heard a clicking sound as if something was slipping or not engaging.

Is there a method to get the codes without the label on the computer
module?
Just bought the Explorer and have no codes for the keyless entry. I
can find no sticker on the computer module.

I have a 1993  spd. 4.0 that will turn over but not start. for a while
was able to bump the selenoid and provided there was fire from the plu
wire to the coil pack, it would crank up. When that no longer worked an
there was no fire to the coil,I replaced the coil pack. I cranked up ...

Anybody know if it is possible (especially w/o voiding the warrantee)
to retrofit a '07 Explorer for Flex Fuel (E85).
