Leaking Transfer Case25 Sep 2008 23:38 GMT5
My 2003 Mountaineer seems to have a leaking transfer case.  At least I
think that's what's leaking...it's the boxy thing that the rear axles
(right and left) are connected to in the middle. It's not leaking badly,
but IS leaking.
Flex = New Explorer?24 Sep 2008 17:10 GMT3
A few days ago I read an article about Ford's new Flex,
which I have yet to see but I'm told it is in dealerships
now.  (I have two Explorers ('99, '00) and have been driving
Explorers for about a decade.)  My first thought on reading
Average Period of Car Ownership24 Sep 2008 15:32 GMT3
I know this is not directly FORD EXPLORER related, but I was just

twice in the past month but it has not stalled in many a year.  Currently
126K miles. It is a well maintained car (but question how ...

Does anybody know how to replace transmission fluid without going to
the dealer?  My home mechanic decided to change the tranny fluid
without reading manual and now he can’t find where to refill it.
brakes02 Sep 2008 01:09 GMT2
I'm going to try my best to explain this so bare with me. Over the las
year or so the brake pedal will get low and mushy. Here's the part tha
has me baffled it doesn't happen immediately. This is so gradual It wil
take a month or two before it is noticeable. If you have to stomp on ...
buying a radiator01 Sep 2008 02:03 GMT2
Hi all. I need to buy a radiator for my 94 Explorer. Those that I
viewed have options to pick from A/C inlet/outlet. How important is it
to have the A/C cooling thing in your radiator? What is a good site to
buy it from? Any suggestions are welcome. I am naive to this.
