Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has a workshop manual for a XY Falcon and could
tell the the colour combinations of the wires for the four
Alternator/Lights/Oil/Brakes dash warning lights. Erroneously changed the
instrument clucter without labelling them.

I have a problem that my EL Ford Futura cuts outs when driving. No
warning it just dies.  Worst is when the repairer or tow arrive to tow
it, it starts.  Some have suggested the immobilser my be playing up.
Others have said a crank shaft sensor(?)  Any clues???

Can anyone tell me what would cause my auto to jump from gear to gear,
for example : on h/way doing 100kph in 4th then jums into 3rd for a
few seconds then back to 4th, in the suburb streets doing 50-60kph in
3rd-4th then jumps into 2nd maybe even 1st and when slowing to to stop
