Can any one help with tracking down good data on the laws regarding putting
a V8 into a 1985 XF ford. Some say yes if the same model came out in either
a 302 or 351. Some say no, as the original 4.1 litre has a different front
end not suitable for a V8.

Is there any difference betwwen the heads of a 85 XF falcon as to the 87 XF
falcon. Some are saying a 85 XF has a low compression head, whereas the 87
as a high compression head. Is this right or wrong.

What is the easiest way to replace the spark leads in the ED. Do i
need to take the fuel rail off or the whole inlet manifold to gain
excess? What i thought was going to be an easy job just got
difficult!!!

I recently purchased a nice 1972 ZF Fairlane which has a 351 cleveland
in which the Distributor is corroded in place.By that I mean that is
it impossible to take it out of the block.I have tried soaking in the
