I have treble with the mw radio frequency picking up interference from the engine, I guess this is it, as the crackle gets louder and faster as the revs rise, and is jus normal crap reception with the engine off. Is there an easy fix, and would I get laughed at if I asked the dealer ...

I'm wondering, when I look at second-hand focus diesels, what's the best way to check the variant of engine type and power in a particular model? Is it best to check the paperwork or check under the bonnet? Does the V5 spell out the type (115bhp TDCI, 100bph TDCI

I have a 2000 ZX3 5-speed and am just about to take the winter tires off and need to buy some new all seasons. I am looking for recommendations. The car has low mileage and does mostly city driving with occasional road trips. thanks

Last year, when my then three-year old Focus was serviced, I was told that my brake pads would need replacing at the next annual service, and that the brake discs were 'lipped'. The car is now four years old, and I am not convinced that it should be

I'm looking at getting a Focus. I know the different levels of trim and the benefits of each. But what's the point of the Zetec range. Apart from the add on's (alloys etc) the engine is Zetec, but what's different about a Zetec engine compared to a regular Ford Focus engine?

My previous garage supplied my 2003 ST170 with 5W30 oil but I've just had it serviced at another Ford garage and they've filled it with Magnatec which looking at the Castrol site reckons it's 10W40. Who's right, the new garage or the old? Will it cause me any problems?Should

My passenger side front coil spring was broken and was replaced today under warrenty on 2002 ZX5 with 49,000Km. Anybody else out there had this problem and is this something that we should keep a lookout for. Mike.

My recently purchased (Oct 03) 2000 ZX3 came with air and a cd player but not cruise. As I use the car for 1 hour highway jaunts, would putting in cruise be a big issue. I know there are aftermarket cruise controls but they look so "added on".
